At MOVA, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor doesn't feel quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original MOVA packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
